Henham is famous for hosting Latitude festival, but beyond the candy-coloured sheep and pulsing music, there lies a different side to Suffolk's gem.
A handful of times a year, Henham barns hosts fitness, meditation and yoga retreats which provide a welcome pocket of calm.
When you arrive, you need to drive slowly to allow the resident sheep enough time to cross the winding driveway which leads to the barn.
100 or so people of all ages had signed up for the morning where you can chose four classes which each last 45 minutes. Different types of yoga, cardio dance, kettlebells and pilates all feature on the movement menu.
I opted for power yoga, vinyasa yoga, pilates and HIIT (my body did not thank me) and in between sessions we filled up on smoothie bowls and sipped kombucha.
The location is glorious with classes being held in the enormous barn which is used for weddings, a second smaller barn and a bespoke yoga studio upstairs.

I enjoyed a truly restorative morning, soaking up country air, while working out the body but resting the mind.
The next event is this weekend and hopefully they will hold another event later this year.
